The Golf Course at ChampionsGate is open to the public but golf tee times are usually easily booked and offer good value for money to the casual golfer. HOUSE ENTRY CODE:

You will receive arrival instructions 2 days before your stay.

You will be provided with an electronic door code along with your arrival instructions.

There is no key to pick up.

The door operates with a keypad code.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):

If the online seller uses USPS it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender

The entire House is accessible to guests except for one locked owner's closet which is prohibited.

Motorhomes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and commercial trucks such as U-Haul are not allowed. Street parking is prohibited. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA at the guest’s expense.

Parking:

We allow 4 cars at the property, there are 2 spaces on the driveway and 2 further parking spots in the surrounding public lots. Cars may be parked in the space available at the property entrance.

Prohibitions:

Street parking is prohibited except in designated and marked areas. Do not park in unauthorized locations such as fire lanes, sidewalks or blocking pathways. Parking at the Clubhouse is prohibited after 11:00 PM. It is also not allowed to park beyond the space markings making it difficult or impossible for others to use adjacent spaces especially in enclosed garages. Violators will be subject to immediate towing.

Responsibility:

Any damage to the lawn or common areas will be the guest’s responsibility.

Vehicles must be parked in front of the house or in a marked public parking space within the community. The entry of trailers, recreational vehicles, or commercial trucks such as U-Haul is not permitted and will not be granted access at the gatehouse.

Primary renter must be 25 + and present with the reservation.

A signed rental agreement with photo ID is required with 24 hrs of booking.

No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. No smoking or furniture moving.

No pets allowed - we are a pet free home.
